The process we use for full color photo transfers is sublimation. Sublimation is a process
actually known as ”dye” sublimation. Using a specially prepared ink jet printer and specialized
dyes, a picture is printed to high-quality paper. The image is then transferred by using a high temperature
heat press directly on to the item. During the heating process, the ink changes from a solid into a gas. The
gas returns to a solid form and dyes the object.
The process is a four-color process that gives us very vibrant colors. Because the
transfer is dyed, the product lasts much longer provided it stays out of direct sunlight. There are no
minimum quantities. Mugs are safe in the microwave and dishwasher. We can use your artwork, pictures
and logos! And best of all, the pricing is very reasonable.
We can use this process on mugs, mouse pads, shirts, hats, tote bags, awards,
paperweights, name badges, plaques, clocks, bag tags, license plates, beer steins, just to name a few.
There are over 80 items available for sublimation. We can also make your laminated buttons to promote your
special promotions or events either a 2 1/4" or 3" sizes.
